  • REFLECT: We will meet with the entire family to better understand your dynamics and current issues, and what brought you to yoga. Meeting in person or over Zoom.

  • REFOCUS: Set goals and a plan of action to Rebuild a stronger family together.

  • RELEARN: Develop a personalized yoga and meditation practice for inside AND outside of our sessions. A session with me includes Yoga with the entire family for 20 minutes, Partner Yoga for 20 minutes while I work with pairs individually, Meditation for 10 minutes, and Mindfulness for 10 minutes.

  • RESET: Weave the skills you’ve all developed into your daily life, and interactions as a family. Soon, you’ll find yourselves, and thereby your family as a whole, less reactive and more able to control emotions. As you develop these skills individually, you’ll also be able to tackle problems as a family unit.
